Chris leads all aspects of product management and development at FairWarning and is a major influence in our product direction and strategies. Chris leads solution go to markets internally at FairWarning in the area of marketing, sales and training.
Chris works with customers, partners, sales and marketing on early product concepts, strategy, go-to-market and partnership and development.
Director of Cloud Security and Healthcare Alliances
Scott oversees alliances at FairWarning and works closely with the full FairWarning management team to ensure each partnership is set up for success from the beginning of their relationship with us.
Lead Legal Counsel
Terri and her team are responsible for all customer and most supplier contracts at FairWarning. Terri’s emphasis is on building agreements that are fair, clear and balanced for all parties.
Director of Managed Services & Chief Information Security Officer
Chuck has overall responsibilities for FairWarning’s fast growing Managed Privacy Services (MPS) business unit. Chuck joined FairWarning in 2012 after being a customer for many years and works closely with the management team to bring new MPS offerings to market.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Jennifer leads the talent acquisition team at FairWarning in finding new candidates and building relationships. Jennifer and the team place tremendous emphasis on cultural fit to ensure high performance talent joining FairWarning will be happy, productive and feel adjusted. Jennifer also oversees the “Pay It Forward” program at FairWarning.
Manager, Customer Success
Christine oversees the FairWarning customer base from onboarding, customer success programs, to additional training. Christine’s team is responsible for ensuring FairWarning customers get the most out of their solutions.
Manager, Managed Privacy Services
Trent is responsible for all Managed Privacy Services customers and his team’s ability to deliver valuable insights and actionable findings of inappropriate access of EHR’s.
Trent has extensive experience deploying Patient Privacy Intelligence across customers of varying size from small community hospitals to large enterprise organizations.

Mike leads FairWarning’s product development, software distribution and support. He is responsible for all aspects of day to day software engineering decisions.
Manager of Infrastructure Services
Tim leads the FairWarning infrastructure team to ensure our customers around the world have reliable, high performance and secure infrastructure underlying their FairWarning solutions. Tim’s team has the same responsibilities for internal FairWarning operations.
Senior Product Marketing Manager
Mike has oversight and final responsibility over nearly every aspect of FairWarning’s market place communications and education efforts. Mike’s efforts are directed at telling our story and our customers’ stories from an authentic point of view.
Director of Post-Sale Technical Services
Brad Price is responsible for all FairWarning customer implementations and production services. Brad puts his heart and soul into his work, and we are lucky to have him on the team.
Senior Technical Advisor
Will drives product implementations by providing his expertise and support to customers worldwide. He currently manages over 60 implementations and has overseen the Fairwarning® implementations for the entire country of Scotland.
Manager, Customer Experience
Gabriela is responsible for ensuring all FairWarning customers receive the best possible experience with us. Gabriela works with executives and end-users to learn more about our customers and align programs to meet their business goals.

Dan and his team have operational responsibility for the financial operations at FairWarning including accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Shane works with FairWarning’s largest and most sophisticated customers in order to coordinate access to all resources within FairWarning to ensure these customers get the greatest value possible from our solutions. Shane also plays a major role in alliance development.
