Chuck Burbank is the Information Security Officer at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Mr. Burbank is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman who served over 23 years on active duty including service as an Independent Duty Corpsman on Nuclear Submarines. Currently, Chuck is employed by Kelsey-Seybold Clinic as Manager, Information Security.

- Recent HITECH rules that further support automated privacy auditing
