FairWarning® Online Community

The Lantern Room is an online community for FairWarning® customers, which includes invaluable customer-to-customer connections on topics such as best privacy practices by FairWarning® users, privacy discussions, techniques for extracting audit data from applications, and more. The Lantern Room connects healthcare providers together as a means to discover best practices. FairWarning® staff moderate the Lantern Room to ensure customers get the answers they need. 

Knowledge Base

Customers are able to access the Lantern Room, an online knowledge base that contains technical information regarding the FairWarning® privacy breach detection software, extracting audit data from healthcare applications, and more.

Customer Success Manager

Every FairWarning® customer is assigned a Customer Success manager for their deployment and support.
