Ed is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience directing companies across a variety of industries and growth stages. Ed’s passion is about serving customers and delivering meaningful value every day and he enjoys designing and leading organizations that are capable of achieving this goal. FairWarning has a strong reputation for privacy and data protection and this serves as the foundation for furthering this passion around customer outcomes.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Ed was the CEO of Peoplenet, which was ultimately acquired by Bullhorn. While at Bullhorn, Ed focused on integrating the two companies and launching a key product that combined the best of Peoplenet and Bullhorn. Additionally, he has held other leadership roles in technology companies serving healthcare, manufacturing and financial services industries. Ed holds a BS in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and received a MBA at Emory University. Ed is based in Atlanta, Georgia with this wife of 20 years and his three children. In his spare time, Ed enjoys anything that gets him outside including golf, tennis, hiking, boating and all things that include the kids.

Philip is a prominent financial leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, software and professional services. Within his role as CFO, he leverages his strong financial expertise to propel the company’s growth plans to better serve its growing customer base.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Philip served leadership roles at numerous publicly-listed and private-equity backed companies in Europe and in the United States including being the CFO of CoAdvantage, Inc. and CFO/Co-founder of MDxHealth. Philip also worked numerous years as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche.  He holds multiple degrees from institutions worldwide, including an MBA from INSEAD in France, an MSA from Bentley College, and a BA from Dartmouth College. Philip is based in Tampa and enjoys numerous watersports in Florida, but his favorite activity is to go on trips with his teenage son for canyoneering, deep water soloing, and rock climbing adventures.

Robin is an experienced heathcare technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving marketing efforts for growth and mature stage companies. She uses her expertise across marketing disciplines to convey FairWarning’s passion for protecting the privacy of people and organizations.

A serial CMO, Robin also led marketing for Azalea Health, Ingenious Med and Greenway Health. Across all three, she has enhanced brand strategy and operationalized demand generation efforts to drive growth. She holds a BSBA in marketing and accounting from Washington University and an MBA from Duke University. Robin lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two children. She loves to travel and experience diverse cultures but on most weekends you can find her exploring the parks and mountains of Georgia with her family. Except during college basketball season when she’s actively rooting for her Blue Devils.

Nicole is a passionate, well-rounded human resource leader with over 25 years of experience. Within her role, Nicole is re-imaging leadership and talent practices to create the most truly human, people-focused work environment that fuels FairWarning’s core differentiation in the market. Nicole’s philosophy is to create “a place where you belong and can be yourself, bringing all of your talents, diverse experiences and unique perspectives to work each day.  When you belong, you unleash your superpowers.” Under Nicole’s leadership, FairWarning has continued the tradition of being recognized as a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace each year for the past eight years.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Nicole was the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at WilsonHCG and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CoAdvantage. She holds a BA in sociology and communications from Rollins College. Nicole is based in Tampa, Florida with her husband and daughters. On the weekends, Nicole can usually be found on the tennis courts, cooking up something delicious in the kitchen or cheering on her daughter’s softball team.

Merrie is a healthcare veteran with an impressive scope of experience spanning three decades in the industry. She directs the company’s sales functions, including new business strategy to grow the portfolio of clients in financial services, technology, healthcare, and other regulated industries. Merrie also oversees the account management team, which is dedicated to drive customer retention and growth.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Merrie served in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Revenue Officer of PerfectServe Inc., Vice President and GM of Quality and Safety Consulting at Premier, Executive Vice President at Awarepoint, and Senior Vice President of Customer Success at McKesson. Merrie holds a BSN from the Medical College of Georgia and an MSN in nursing administration from Emory University. Based in Jonesboro, Georgia, Merrie enjoys travel, boating, and UGA football.

Darrell is a proven technology executive with over 25 years in software and hardware product development. He draws from this wealth of experience to help scale the company and add depth to FairWarning’s cybersecurity capabilities. In his role, Darrell focuses on the growth and expansion of innovative technology, including solutions for healthcare organizations, financial service firms, and other businesses to protect against information security concerns.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Darrell served as Vice President of Engineering at Ionic Security, where he led their team in building a highly scalable SaaS-based data security platform. He also has experience building security products to protect applications, networks and host computer systems as a Chief Architect and Senior Engineering Leader at IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Micro Focus. Darrell holds a BA in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is based in Atlanta and enjoys all things sports and outdoors but especially tennis, hiking and axe throwing.

Brian is a dedicated customer-centric professional with 14 years of combined software and healthcare experience driving success in the form of retention, account growth, and strong customer relationships. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring customers realize the type of business value from FairWarning that drives lifetime customer loyalty. This includes overseeing the functional areas of onboarding, customer success management, professional services, and managed services.

During his tenure at FairWarning, Brian has held several leadership positions including Director of Sales, Director of Customer Support, and most recently, Vice President of Account Management where he led the expansion activities and renewals within the customer base. Prior to FairWarning, Brian held sales roles at several healthcare technology companies. Brian earned a BA in organizational studies from the University of California, Davis. He is based in St. Petersburg and enjoys sports, outdoors, mindfulness, and the arts.

Todd is an accomplished hands-on advanced analytics executive with over two decades working with AI. He combines his expertise in designing, developing and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms with FairWarning’s extensive data set to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Todd managed and led data-science organizations at industry leaders such as Teradata and Alteryx. More recently Todd led data-science strategy at Medtronic’s Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. He organized and led Medtronic’s Data Science Working Group, which produced the first company-wide data-science strategy. Todd led his first AI product-development project at Oracle two decades ago, producing a patented system still embedded in Oracle products today. He completed Stanford University’s industrial-engineering doctoral program (all but dissertation) and earned a master’s degree in organizational behavior and undergraduate credentials in mathematics and English at BYU.  His hobbies include endurance sports, especially ironman triathlon (four-time finisher).

Lisa is a versatile and experienced leader with over twenty years of clinical, sales leadership and clinical informatics experience. She leads the healthcare sales and account management teams with a focus on developing strong partnerships with healthcare providers.

Before joining FairWarning, she spent 19 years at McKesson Corporation, leading large teams in clinical consulting, EHR optimization, cost justification, direct sales and clinical sales support. In addition to her Fortune 15 experience, she has held leadership positions at several startup organizations focused in sales and business development in order to grow their revenue.LIsa has a BS in Nursing, with experience in critical care and is currently in the process of completing her MBA. Her hobbies include running, reading, golfing and spending time with her husband, 3 daughters and family pet, Cracker Jack, at the beach.

Noelle is a skilled advocate, negotiator, and corporate law attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, cybersecurity and financial services industries. Noelle also has extensive experience with drafting and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements for commercial transactions including software licensing/SaaS agreements and vendor procurement contracts.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Noelle served as Corporate Counsel at KnowBe4, where she handled a wide range of transactional matters including contract negotiations, intellectual property, general corporate matters and due diligence projects. Over the course of her career, Noelle worked at several sports, media and entertainment companies including Universal Orlando, Charlotte Hornets, Jacksonville Jaguars and Emmis Communications (Hot 97). Noelle earned her BS in Communications from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida. Noelle currently serves as a Big for Big Brother Big Sister of Tampa Bay. In her free time, this New Jersey native loves to travel, work out and play with her chihuahua, Giuseppe.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Mike served as the Director of Development for First Advantage where he was responsible for the consolidation of multiple pre-employment background screening applications into a single scalable solution. Throughout Mike’s career he has focused on security for a variety of software companies, including a defense contractor, a multinational corporation, and startup companies. Mike holds a BS in computer science from the University of South Florida. He is a native of Tampa, enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his family.

Mike Mason is an accomplished entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in product, implementations and sales. He is passionate about problem solving and delivering customer results, combining his expertise with Product and Implementation teams to revolutionize FairWarning’s platform and exceed customer expectations. In this role, Mike focuses on helping companies simplify their Salesforce and other cloud software security, privacy, governance, and compliance, particularly in financial services, insurance and technology.

Prior to joining FairWarning, Mike held multiple executive roles and co-founded one of the largest college textbook marketplaces. Over the course of his career, Mike worked in a myriad of technology leadership roles and helped lead companies to enhance their product portfolio and best serve their customer base. Mike holds a BS in business management and enjoyed playing hockey at State University of New York at Fredonia. Mike is based in Tampa, Florida, with this wife of 10 years and his three boys. In his spare time, Mike enjoys coaching his sons’ travel hockey team and anything that gets him outside including golf, skiing, water sports, mountain biking, boating and anything else that entails the kids.
