Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will my first monthly release of 2020 occur?

A: Your organization should have already received an email from your CSM containing your release date, time, and things to be aware of. This information is provided in advance for your change control needs. FairWarning 20.1 will release in two groups: Jan. 19 and Jan. 26, 2020.

Q: What’s included in FairWarning 20.1?

A: With FairWarning 20.1, you’ll get more time back in your day to strengthen your culture of privacy.

  • Enhance defense-in-depth security through expanded and streamlined integration with third-party systems. Now, you can set up any third-party application to pull alerts and affiliated events from FairWarning via API, allowing you to view application-layer insights within a single pane of glass and correlate with non-FairWarning data. (API documentation is available upon request.)
  • Reduce risk faster with more streamlined management and matching of unmatched records. With the ability to retain your list view sort preferences in Identity Intelligence, it’s now easier than ever to manage and match unmatched users (e.g., medical students, contractors like doctors, etc.) across systems, for full visibility into all their accesses and activities.
  • Build a culture of privacy faster with increased platform performance. Performance upgrades on downloads allow you to increase navigation speed and reduce time spent on investigations.
