Vision for The Role

The FairWarning Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our customers receive the maximum value from their FairWarning investment through customer success, satisfaction, engagement, and mature adoption of FairWarning’s solution. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for revenue growth reflective of this value creation through renewals, additional product and service, and hosted services. You must have a strong ability to work with both customers and members of the FairWarning team to successfully complete various activities related to customer adoption and satisfaction with the platform with the overarching goal of securing 100% renewal of customer contracts.

Your Impact

  • Grow and maintain positive relationships with FairWarning customers
  • Meet established renewal and revenue goals on a quarter and annual basis
  • Serve as go to customer contact for new product solutions, training requests, solution enhancements as well as support escalation
  • Conduct strategic assessments with customers to provide recommendations in the areas of product usage, regulatory compliance, storage, additional offerings, and training
  • Leverage educational events to drive customer attendance to FairWarning webinars and enlisting customers to participate in advocacy programs

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Documented successful sales or customer success acumen in complex software sales, reoccurring or SaaS business experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, WebEx, and surveying methodologies and tools
  • Proven success communicating in a virtual environment with remote customers and self-directed professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in the software industry, enterprise security a plus
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience a plus
