In this role, you will be able to make major contributions to the Technical Services team. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, documentation of implementation status using CRM project management tool, leveraging technical tools to progress the software implementation, and having the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, as part of a team and as an individual.

What you will be doing:

  • Work directly with the project manager to ensure a successful deployment of the FairWarning product
  • Ensure a high level of quality by documenting work and performing quality checks throughout the implementation process
  • Work hand-in-hand with the technical services manager to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Think critically, problem solve, work both collaboratively and individually

Our Perfect Match

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, IT or Equivalent
  • Experience in working in a software or technology-based company or on software technology teams
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SQL and Linux
  • Ability to work in a team environment or individually
