FairWarning is hiring a Technical Services Developer to provide service that enables our customers to successfully reach production after the sales cycle is complete. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing global team with a commitment to excellence and customer success.

Description of Role

  • Work directly with the project manager to ensure a successful deployment of the FairWarning product
  • Ensure a high level of quality by documenting work and performing quality checks throughout the implementation process
  • Work hand in hand with the customer to ensure all of their needs are met
  • Think critically, problem solve, work both collaboratively and individually

In this role, you will be able to make major contributions to the Implementation team. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, documentation of implementation status using CRM project management tool, leveraging technical tools to progress the software implementation, and having the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, as part of a team and as an individual.

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, IT or Equivalent
  • Experience in working in a software or technology-based company or on software technology teams
  • Ability to think critically
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to work in a team environment or individually
