FairWarning is hiring a Technical Services Manager to scale-up the implementation and adoption of our patented, market-leading platform. The Technical Services Manager will deliver successful completion and storage of implementation/project documentation with a focus on building, managing and measuring world class customer relationships throughout the implementation life cycle. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the FairWarning Software across multiple customers delivering on key milestones.

What You Will Be Doing

Implementation Management

  • Facilitate implementation kick off and weekly meetings with project team stakeholders
  • Deliver meeting agendas and recaps before and after calls highlighting deliverable actions
  • Assign actionable project tasks (configuration, quality assurance, scope) in implementation management application to appropriate team resources

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in daily escalation & stand up team meetings
  • Succinctly communicate immediate & future task requirements on a daily basis
  • Collaborate to investigate and resolve any customer inquiries

Technical Facilitation

  • Perform advanced SQL queries as part of data analysis/validation
  • Create & understand Salesforce.com dashboards and reporting modules as necessary
  • Ability to create Linux directories and basic navigation

Our Perfect Match

  • 2–3 years working in a software or technology company or on software technology teams
  • 1–5 years of implementation or technical project management experience
  • Knowledge of MySQL, database query skills
  • Knowledge of a Linux operating environment a plus
  • BA degree in business, computer science or technical discipline
  • Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
