Ms. Zana is the administrator of the Ogden Murphy Wallace Health Law Blog, and is the author of the recent article, Ready for an OIG Security Audit?  Ms. Zana’s representative client experience includes advising clients on HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements, drafting Health IT related software agreements, performing Stark compliance audits and drafting physician agreements, analyzing certificate of need applications and representing clients in certificate of need related litigation, advising small and large physician practices, and assisting clients in patient data breach mitigation efforts, including drafting breach notification letters and strategizing with clients on how to avoid violations in the future.  She has significant experience in assisting clients with assessing and complying with both the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs, including achieving meaningful use for both general and specialty practices and responding to meaningful use audit requests.
