FairWarning takes occupancy of new headquarters in Clearwater, Florida in order to provide highest levels of support for rapidly growing healthcare provider customer base.

CLEARWATER, FL – March 13, 2012 – FairWarning, Inc., the inventor and world’s leading supplier of privacy breach detection solutions for electronic health records (EHRs), today announced that the company had completed its move into expanded facilities in Clearwater, Florida.

In a span of three years, FairWarning®’s healthcare provider customer base has grown from 90 hospitals to over 800 hospitals. The company’s customers now geographically span from Hawaii to France, and include 42 of the United States. In May 2011, FairWarning® announced that NHS Scotland had selected the company’s privacy breach detection solution as a country-wide standard.  Later in the year, the company announced a series of customer commitments from major care providers across the United States as well as its first customers on continental Europe.

FairWarning®’s new headquarters includes state-of-the-art facilities for providing the best possible service to its customers:

  • Customer and partner training facilities – In February 2012, the company sold-out the first-ever FairWarning® Certified Professional training session. Twenty healthcare professionals have now received FairWarning®’s first-ever certifications. FairWarning will be conducting additional sessions in May and October, 2012
  • Central location to Tampa Bay, Florida – In May 2011, FairWarning® announced expanded hiring plans. The relocation provides the company the ability to recruit from the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolis as well as close proximity to Tampa International Airport
  • Expanded product development and support space and facilities – In January 2011, FairWarning® demonstrated its commitment to customer success by allowing KLAS Research full access to its customer base to measure their satisfaction. In November 2011, the company announced an open copyright© initiative called FairWarning® Ready for Healthcare Applications designed to fundamentally lower the cost of privacy auditing. In addition, the company is accelerating its investment in the future of its product solutions
  • Global video conferencing – To better support the company’s dispersed customer base as well as its UK and European operations, FairWarning® has deployed global video conferencing in conjunction with an underlying fiber-optic network
