The Board is comprised of experts in the areas of information security, compliance and audit. Its charter is to bring together diversified expert viewpoints to ensure that FairWarning’s solutions deliver the greatest possible value to customers. Four subject matter experts in the following areas of specialization have been selected to serve on the Board in addition to James Clark, chief technology officer of FairWarning:

- Richard Newman, Ph.D., assistant professor, computer & information science and engineering, University of Florida, (information security and research).
