FairWarning is searching for a Renewals Manager to help continue the momentum of our world-class offering and help grow our customer success capabilities. The Renewals Manager will interact and build relationships with customers to ensure they are utilizing all of the world-class resources FairWarning has to offer, including training, support services, new release information, user groups and local events, which all guarantee our customers are successful in using our software. The Renewals Manager will be a champion of customer success and satisfaction and will ensure every customer receives great value from what they own, which will lead them to renew.

Description of Role

The Renewals Manager will drive renewals to completion and will work with the team to develop a renewals strategy for every customer. They will be passionate about the FairWarning product and mission and will ensure customer success by being dedicated to customer deployment, adoption, and training. The Renewals Manager will forecast and track renewal trends and will take ownership and maintenance of all renewal opportunities. The Renewals manager should be fanatically customer focused and oriented and will strive for extreme customer satisfaction as that will help maintain high customer renewal rates. On a daily basis, this team member can expect:

  • Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills
  • Through product training and assistance, you will become an expert on the FairWarning platform to assist customers with training, deployment and adoption to ensure customer success
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM database
  • Establish and maintain relationships with end users
  • Inform customers of upcoming product releases, latest version releases and enhancements to the platform
  • Work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure that effective, consistent communication is maintained
